They asked to see my licence before handing over the MT-03 and refused a guy in front of me who did not have one. Slightly awkward to watch, but it told me everything about how they operate.

EastRide verifiedThe airport specialist. Duc runs deliveries to Da Nang airport at any hour, including night arrivals, and is the only operator here who guarantees a two-hour replacement if a bike breaks down.

Landed at 23:40 and Duc was waiting at arrivals with the bike and two helmets. Free airport delivery at that hour is the only reason I picked this one, and it worked exactly as described.
Great bike, and Duc was excellent on communication. One caveat worth flagging: they hold your passport rather than cash for this class, which I was not comfortable with and only found out at handover. Ask first if that matters to you.
Free delivery to the hotel and free return, that saved real time. The bike had a top box which sounds minor until you spend a week with a backpack on your shoulders.
The bike itself was good. Everything around it was disorganised — nobody at the shop at the agreed time, two unanswered messages, then it all sorted itself out an hour later with no apology. Would rent again only if the price is clearly lower than elsewhere.
