The default Da Nang scooter. Light, cheap, everywhere.
If you have never ridden and just need to get around Da Nang, this is the answer. Under 120 kg, twist-and-go, low seat, fits under any parking canopy. It handles the coastal road and the bridges without complaint, and the underseat box swallows a helmet. It runs out of breath two-up on a long climb, and it is not the bike for Hai Van — but for beaches, cafés and the daily commute it is hard to beat.

Walked in without booking, had a bike in fifteen minutes. Shop is right in An Thuong so you can drop it back on foot on your last day.
Cheapest option I found and the bike was okay. But they hold a large cash deposit and returning it took a follow-up message — it came back in full, just not without asking.
First time on any two wheels. Minh spent twenty minutes teaching me in the alley before letting me go, which I did not expect and really needed. The Vario is light enough that I never felt out of my depth. They took the deposit in cash and never asked for my passport, which made the whole thing feel a lot less risky.
Bike was fine, deposit returned without a word. Delivery was the weak part — agreed on 9am, arrived past 10 with no message. Not a disaster, but I was standing outside the hotel with my bags.

Fine scooter, but be aware Da Lat is properly cold in the evening and hilly everywhere. A 160 struggles a bit two-up on the steeper streets.
Second time renting from them, that says most of it. Same bike as last trip, still clean, brakes felt properly serviced.
