First time on any two wheels. Minh spent twenty minutes teaching me in the alley before letting me go, which I did not expect and really needed. Honest review: the bike had a scratch on the fairing that was not in the handover photos, and it cost me an argument at return. They dropped the claim after I showed my own photos. Take pictures from every side before you ride off — that is the real lesson.
Cheap, light, does exactly what a city scooter should. Nothing exciting, nothing wrong. Helmet they gave me was decent, which is not a given here.
The 28-litre boot is the whole point. Two full-face helmets fit, which nothing else here manages. Rode to Hoi An and back most days, plus a run up Son Tra. Delivery was 20 minutes late but they messaged ahead.
Second time renting from them, that says most of it. Same bike as last trip, still clean, brakes felt properly serviced.
