We do not work with these companies yet and have verified nothing - not the bikes, not the insurance, not how they handle deposits. You can still send a request: we contact the operator ourselves and come back with an answer; if they stay silent, we offer partners we already work with.
LoopMoto
LoopMoto rents from central Ha Giang: the main office at 286 Tran Phu near the bus station, plus a second point at 52 Nguyen Du with a riverside rest area and free luggage storage. Every model carries its own published day rate - Wave Alpha 110 at 180,000₫, Honda Future 125 and Yamaha PG-1 at 350,000₫, Honda Airblade and Winner R 150 at 400,000₫, and the Honda XR150 trail bike at 500,000₫ - with an optional "Ride Safe" tier that adds damage protection (300,000₫ to 700,000₫ per day depending on the bike) and paid gear upgrades for a fullface helmet, armor and gloves. The site never states a deposit and its Terms of Service link is dead, so deposit terms have to be confirmed directly with the shop. There is no delivery: bikes are collected at one of the two addresses, and the shop states basic insurance, a helmet and 24/7 hotline and Zalo support during the trip.

The rental shares the address once confirmed. Ask about the deposit in advance. You pay the rental directly.
- 4On the road
Included: helmet + insurance + roadside assistance. Photograph the bike at pickup - it is your evidence if there is a dispute.
