You can still send a request: we contact the operator ourselves and come back with an answer; if they stay silent, we offer partners we already work with.
Bike Saigon
A budget rental in District 3: the Wave, Future and Sirius at 150 thousand, Vision and Nouvo scooters at 180, Winner and Exciter at 250. Tourists pay no cash deposit, but leave a document instead - passport, ID card or citizen card - plus onward tickets. Delivery around town for 50 to 100 thousand.

Photograph the bike at pickup - it is your evidence if there is a dispute.
