The rate stated on the site covers two helmets, raincoats, one litre of fuel and 24/7 roadside support with a swap bike, and delivery is free around Hoi An - the Old Town, An Bang, Cam Thanh, Cam Chau, Cua Dai and Thanh Ha, plus hotels, homestays, resorts and villas. The deposit wording is vague: the FAQ says an ID document or a cash deposit is normally needed depending on the bike, while the contact page states they do not hold your passport, and no amount is published.

The site states no deposit at all, only that a valid ID or passport is required for the rental agreement; the shop is closed on Sundays.
